Town Square is a Solution
Communities like Waco, Austin, Temple, Dallas, and Fort Worth benefit from local community foundations, banks, and company headquarters. Rural communities are often prohibited from receiving grants and gifts from these foundations and organizations. TSCF seeks to close the gap and develop resources in rural communities to address needs such as education, community development, historical preservation, and quality of life programs. The Community Foundation creates Donor Advised Funds for families to leave a lasting legacy.

Funds are used to support the 2017 Master Parks Plan for each of the five parks located in Rosebud, Texas.
